"They are the lifeblood of the club and they are completely allowed to express their opinion however they choose to do so.
"They are disappointed because we are getting bad results.
"But my message would be that we are committed to winning, are committed to this manager and his staff and his squad. We are not happy with the results and are on a bad run right know and we know that the squad needs to be added to.

[Martyn Waghorn
and
Conor Sammon]
we were specifically looking to bring in.
"We certainly know we need some attacking options to help give some additional lift to the squad.
"We are committed to doing that but we have to get back to work this week to be able to pounce when the window re-opens on 8 February.
"We have been selective and ultimately we haven't found the player we felt had the right valuation that could help us. We have made use of some loans but we are aware we need to add and are prepared to add."
