Barazite out for weeks not months

Nacer Barazite
Barazite joined Arsenal from Dutch side NEC Nijmegen in 2007

On-loan Derby County midfielder Nacer Barazite is to be out for weeks rather than months after picking up a knee injury in the 3-2 defeat at Blackpool.

Derby are still waiting for full details of a scan on the Dutch Under-19 international but he is not expected to be out for a lengthy period.

The 18-year-old was stretchered off in the second half of Tuesday's game.

He is on loan at Pride Park from Arsenal, whom he joined in 2007, until the last day of December.
