Davies' side currently lead a tight Championship promotion race

Derby have resolved a row with their players over potential promotion bonuses after help from the Professional Footballers' Association.
The PFA met both the board and players to negotiate a settlement.
"I am delighted this point has been resolved and am pleased everyone is happy with the outcome," said Rams boss Billy Davies.
"But even through it all our focus was on the football - and you can see we are currently top of the Championship."

Derby play second-placed Birmingham in a crunch Championship tie on Friday.
Davies added: "This was only ever a player-related issue and there will be pro-rata payments across the board if we are successful at the end of the season, provided the players have participated in the games."
