Derby have added to the signing of Stephen Pearson with the capture of Wigan Athletic midfielder Gary Teale for £600,000.
Teale, 28, has become Rams boss Billy Davies' fourth new recruit during the transfer window.
The Championship side have already acquired the services of Manchester United's Dave Jones for £1m and Hull's Craig Fagan for £750,000.
Pearson was also signed for £750,000 from Scottish champions Celtic.
