Still has guided the Daggers to fourth in League Two.
Dagenham & Redbridge manager John Still is not expecting an exodus of players during the January transfer window.
The Daggers end the year fourth in League Two with several players attracting interest from bigger clubs.
But Still said the club did not have to sell anyone, and any move would need to be right for both parties.
"A deal has got to be right to sell and I have to feel it's the right move for the player," he told BBC Essex. "If it isn't then no-one is leaving."
He added: "If you asked the 20 players in the dressing room 'do you want to stay until the end of the season and see where we end up, or do you want to go in January?', I think the 20 answers would be 'stay'."
