Southend's James Lawson has joined Dagenham & Redbridge on a month's loan.
The 20-year-old forward returned from a month-long loan spell at Bournemouth last week, and also had a brief stint at Grimsby earlier this season.
Daggers manager John Still told BBC Essex: "He can play wide on both sides, or down the middle.
"We're in a position where if we need to give a player a rest then we have to move someone, but he'll stop us from having to do that."
Still added: "He's someone who's been on our minds for a while. He's enthusiastic and I'm sure he'll do a good job for us."
