Wayne Andrews
Andrews has earned a chance to play in the Premiership
Crystal Palace have signed striker Wayne Andrews from Colchester on a two-year deal for a "six-figure" fee.

Palace forward Gareth Williams has moved in the opposite direction as part of the deal, having spent two previous spells on loan with the Essex side.

Andrews, 26, began his career as a trainee with Watford before spells at Cambridge, Peterborough, Oldham and non-league St Albans.

He joined Colchester last summer and played 56 games, scoring 16 times.
