Brammer close to return
Crewe midfielder Dave Brammer is close to a comeback after more than five months out with injury.

The former Port Vale and Wrexham man has been sidelined by a pelvic problem, which required surgery.

The 29-year-old is back in training and could return to Dario Gradi's squad for Saturday┐s game with Rotherham.

"He has been out for a long time so we will be cautious but he has trained and looked as though he could be fit," Gradi told his club┐s website.
