Crawley bag Rochdale striker Shaw

Crawley have secured the services of Rochdale striker Jon Shaw on a loan deal until the end of the season.

The 25-year-old, who scored 21 goals for Halifax last season before joining League Two Rochdale, can extend the deal if Crawley reach the play-offs.

Manager Steve Evans told the club's website: "Jon Shaw is a striker I have admired for some time.

"He's a good clinical finisher, I believe he'll be great for us. He has good pace and exceptional movement."
