Championship side Coventry City have completed the signing of AFC Wimbledon left-back Chris Hussey.
The 20-year-old will initially join the Championship side on a loan deal, which will become permanent in January for an undisclosed fee.
He joined the Dons from Woking, who he helped to consecutive promotions.
"He just needs to believe in himself, that he can compete at our level, because he can," boss Chris Coleman told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire.
"Once he gets his foot in the door, gets some appearances under his belt and gets used to it, he can be a good player.
I'm looking forward to working with him and I think he's excited about coming here
Coventry boss Chris Coleman
"I'm expecting nothing major from him in his first six to 12 months. He's going to make mistakes and he'll have his bad games.
"He'll have his good games as well and we'll work hard with him. He's a good player. I'm looking forward to working with him and I think he's excited about coming here."
Hussey was a member of Woking's academy before moving to AFC Wimbledon in August 2008.
He won the club's Young Player of the Year award in his first season, going on to make 79 appearances, scoring three goals.
