Leon Best has only netted once for Coventry at the Ricoh since February
Coventry City striker Leon Best admits the barracking he has been getting from some Sky Blues fans at home games is confusing him.
Some City followers have booed Best at recent matches at the Ricoh, generating debate among supporters.
Best, 22, told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: "It's not the fact I hear them booing. It's my family and friends who are in the crowd.
"For them to be booing me when I play for the team confuses me."
Best, signed from Southampton in July 2007, has scored just once this season - in 14 appearances.
Coventry have struggled in front of their own fans over the last month, picking up just one point out of a possible 12 to slump to 18th in the Championship table.
