Central defender Calum Davenport is preparing for a crucial season with Coventry.
Davenport made his first-team breakthrough last term, making 37 appearances and scoring three goals before collecting the young player of the year award.
But the 20-year-old believes he must build on that success if he is to fulfil his potential at Highfield Road.
"This is a really big season for me," he said.
"It was my first proper season last year and so I go into this one with a bit more experience which I hope will stand me in good stead.
"I'm feeling fit so the emphasis is on progression now and hopefully I'll be involved in plenty of pre-season games."
