Lisbie able to play in FA Cup tie

Kevin Lisbie
Kevin Lisbie has scored eight goals for Colchester in 16 games this season

On-loan Kevin Lisbie has been given permission to turn out for Colchester United in this Saturday's FA Cup first round tie at Bromley.

Ipswich Town manager Roy Keane intends to recall Lisbie at the end of his loan in January, but has still allowed him to play.

West Ham, by contrast, are not allowing the U's to play midfielder Josh Payne.

Other loan men John-Joe O'Toole, Kayode Odejayi and Danny Batth are available, but Anthony Wordsworth is suspended.

Meanwhile, U's midfielder David Perkins has extended his loan stay at League Two Chesterfield for a further two months.

Perkins, who has helped the Spireites to a run of five wins in six matches since his arrival, is now scheduled to be at Saltergate until 2 January.
