No bids for my players - Lambert

Yeates joined Colchester in 2007

Colchester United manager Paul Lambert insists the club have received no bids for any of their players, including star winger Mark Yeates.

Bristol City and Middlesbrough have been linked to the U's top scorer.

But Lambert told BBC Essex: "There've been no bids for any players so far, it's all quiet.

"The way Mark plays means he's an eye catcher. If an offer came in which we felt was good for the club then it's something we'd have to look at."
