Bankies and Red Lichties chase Shaw
Clydebank and Arbroath are in competition to sign veteran striker George Shaw.
The former Dundee player was freed by Partick Thistle at the end of the season. Arbroath will be hoping that their promotion to the First Division will give them their advantage over last season's rivals. But Shaw may prefer to stay in the West of Scotland. Meanwhile, Neil McGowan has moved from Clydebank to Boston United. Kevin Steele, a 19-year-old forward, has signed a new, one-year contract with Arbroath. It follows the signing of Graham Bayne on a one-year contract from Dundee, who released the 21-year-old forward.
