Brown's side took seven points out of 12 during December
Clyde's John Brown has been named top manager in the Scottish First Division for December.
The former Rangers defender received his Irn-Bru Phenomenal manager of the month award after lifting his side off the bottom of the table.
Clyde took seven points out of a possible 12 during the month.
Brown told his club website: "Well, it's certainly not for the last two games. Nevertheless, it's all down to the players for their performances."
Clyde lost their last game of December away to First Division leaders St Johnstone and last weekend lost 4-2 at home to Partick Thistle.
The Cumbernauld side are now back in the second-bottom, relegation play-off spot.
"The announcement has given us all a boost as it has reminded us of what we achieved last month, but our focus is on the here and now," Brown said ahead of Saturday's Scottish Cup tie against Dunfermline Athletic.
"We are in the results business and we need to start winning again. Hopefully, this award will kick-start another run so we can start moving up the league."
