Chester sign Cameron
Chester City have signed Dave Cameron their following his release from Lincoln City.
The 26-year-old former St Mirren and Brighton forward has agreed a two-year deal at the Deva Stadium. Cameron, who scored eight times for Lincoln this season, follows Doncaster's Kevin McIntyre and Kidderminster's Ben Davies into the club. Meanwhile, City have reportedly sacked defender Martyn Lancaster, a regular in their side this season, for an undisclosed breach of club regulations. "¿The manager has made a decision to sack Martyn Lancaster and I stand by his decision," chairman Stephen Vaughan told the Chester Evening Leader. "The club has got rules and regulations and the players have to abide by them. "If the rules are broken the manager has to take necessary action and this is an example of what the club will do if anyone falls out of line."
