Wright appoints assistant
Newly-appointed Chester City boss Mark Wright has installed Ted McMinn as his number two.

The former Rangers, Derby and Burnley winger was previously Wright's assistant at Southport and Oxford and follows the former England international to the Deva Stadium.

Wright is looking to make moves into the transfer market to bolster Chester's Conference survival hopes.

And he is looking to revive a deal to sign Telford captain Neil Moore and has also expressed an interest in Lincoln striker Dave Cameron.

Chester agreed a fee with Telford for former Everton and Burnley defender Moore before Christmas but could not complete a deal for the player.
