Cheltenham have signed Reading's Oliver Bozanic on a six-month loan deal.
Boss Martin Allen has been looking for a left-footed midfielder and hopes the 20-year-old Australian, who was on loan at Woking last season, fits the bill.
Allen told BBC Gloucestershire: "He was well recommended by people I know at Reading and I saw him play at Woking.
"He's a tidy left-sided player, he's got good feet, is quite quick, gets good crosses in, can pass the ball and gives us a bit of balance on the left."
Bozanic is set to be away on international duty from late September due to Australia's participation at the Under-20 World Cup in Egypt, where they have been drawn in a pool with Brazil, Costa Rica and the Czech Republic.
He has yet to feature for the Royals since signing for them from Central Coast Mariners in January 2007, but scored twice in 18 games in his stint at Woking.
