Chelsea clinched the Premiership with victory over Man Utd on Saturday

Jose Mourinho and his Chelsea players will parade the Premiership trophy on Sunday 14 May.
The champions will start their open-top bus ride from Stamford Bridge.
Mourinho said: "The parade is a great chance for us to say thank you to our fans for all their wonderful support this season
"Winning the Premiership in successive seasons is a fantastic achievement by our team and not all of our fans can get to Stamford Bridge for matches."
