Premiership champions Chelsea have claimed three more awards to add to their record-breaking season.
Jose Mourinho has won the Barclays Manager of the Year trophy, while Petr Cech bagged the Golden Glove award and Frank Lampard won Player of the Year.
"Jose Mourinho, Frank Lampard and Petr Cech are all very worthy recipient's of these accolades," said Nic Gault, spokesman for the Barclays Panel.
"Chelsea have played disciplined and exciting football all season long."
The Blues set a Premier League record in claiming the top-flight crown for the first time in 50 years, losing one match so far and conceding only 14 goals all season with 24 clean sheets.
Lampard scored 12 goals in the league and was chosen by the Panel which includes representatives from football's governing bodies as well as the media and supporters.
