The 28-year-old attacking midfielder may be out for up to six weeks after an opponent fell on him at Dover Athletic.
"In 24 hours we have had Dean Kiely fracturing his finger and Jason dislocating his shoulder," manager Alan Curbishley told the club website.
"We wish them a speedy recovery but that is what squads are for. It will give chances to someone else."
