Andrey Kobelev says Dinamo Moscow must not lose their focus

Dinamo Moscow coach Andrey Kobelev has identified the 2005 Champions League final as evidence that Celtic could still win their qualifying tie.

The Russians hold a 1-0 first leg lead and Kobelev says Liverpool's comeback from three down to beat AC Milan on penalties should act as a warning.

"I'll be disappointed if we don't go through," he said.

"The game will not be over if Dinamo score. There are 90 minutes in a game and we need to play all the match."

Alexander Kokorin fired the Russians to victory in Glasgow, but the Dinamo coach said his players would not underestimate Celtic.

"I remember AC Milan were leading Liverpool 3-0 at half-time in the Champions League final and then lost it," said Kobelev.

The first leg was a very difficult game and we have to take this game very seriously

"After the game, Carlo Ancelotti was asked what he thought about it and after a while he said, 'I feel nothing'.

"So, of course I will be disappointed but it is all about the football - and football is unpredictable."

And Kobelev, who is aware of Celtic's poor record away from home in the Champions League, said all poor runs had to come to an end.

"At Dinamo, we had not won in 20 years in the Luzhniki Stadium, where Spartak and CSKA play, but we did last year," he revealed.

"So runs can come to an end but I just hope Celtic's run doesn't come to an end tomorrow night.

"The first leg was a very difficult game and we have to take this game very seriously.

"It is hard to predict how it will go but we will try our best."

The Russians would aim to keep a clean sheet and create chances to increase their lead, he added.

Dinamo captain Dmitry Khokhlov, who missed the first game through suspension, said Celtic would provide a stern test.

"I didn't really see any weaknesses in the Celtic team when I watched the game last week, so we will have to do our utmost." he said.
