Perrier-Doumbe offered new deal

Perrier-Doumbe has played only three times this season

Celtic have offered right-back Jean-Joel Perrier-Doumbe a contract extension until summer 2009.

The 28-year-old Cameroonian joined Celtic in August but has not played since early October after picking up an Achilles injury against AC Milan.

It was only his third appearances of the season, having come in for the injured Mark Wilson.

Perrier-Doumbe, who was on loan from Rennes last season, is not expected to play again until the new year.
