Cumbrians mourn Twentyman
Carlisle are mourning former player Geoff Twentyman who has died at the age of 74, reports BBC Radio Cumbria.

Brampton-born Twentyman played over 150 times for the Brunton Park club in two spells between 1946 and 1963.

In 1953, he left Carlisle, joining Liverpool for 10,000, where he scored 19 goals in 184 appearances.

He returned to Carlisle after a spell as player-manager at Ballymena, before stints with Morecambe and Penrith, and returning to Anfield as chief scout.

Meanwhile, Carlisle owner John Courtenay has told BBC Radio Cumbria that striker Richie Foran is unlikely to play for the club again after breaking a curfew over the weekend.

Foran and team-mate Des Byrne have been suspended for breach of club discipline following the 1-1 draw with Hull City.
