Cardiff boss Dave Jones says his players need to learn not to switch off after they surrendered a 2-0 lead to draw with Norwich.

Substitute Arturo Lupoli's scored twice to rescue a point for the Canaries after Ross McCormack put Cardiff in front.

"I've said many times it's like a running tap - you can't turn it on and turn it off," said Jones.

"If it's on, you go full pelt all of the time."

He added: "We got ourselves into a position a threw it away. Maybe it's a big wake-up call for one or two of them.

"We did that once or twice last season as well and players have still got to learn from it.

"The new players that have come in have got to learn quickly as well."
