Taib cost Gaziantepspor US$ 1.2 million in 2004

Cardiff have given a trial to Libya captain and midfielder Tarek El Taib.
The 29-year-old, who led his country at this year's Africa Nations Cup, joined Gaziantepspor for US$ 1.2 million in 2004, but has left the Turkish side.
The Bluebirds are also running the rule over French forward Guillame Plessis from Nantes, an ex-Everton triallist.
But Welsh international defender Rhys Weston has moved closer to a Ninian Park exit after being left out of the squad's pre-season tour of Canada.
Weston joined Cardiff from Arsenal for £300,000 in November 2000, but could not hold down a place last season.
