Jerome was a major success for Cardiff last season

Birmingham are poised to sign £3.5m-rated striker Cameron Jerome after agreeing a deal with Cardiff.
The 19-year-old England Under-21 star has agreed personal terms with Birmingham and will undergo a medical after returning from holiday.
Jerome scored 18 times in his first full season at Cardiff and attracted interest from Sheffield United, West Bromwich Albion and Norwich.
Birmingham's first bid for Jerome was rejected earlier this week.
But a statement on Birmingham's website on Friday read: "Following recent press speculation, and confirmation by the player's agent, the club would like to share with its supporters that terms have been agreed with Cardiff City for Cameron Jerome.
"Karren Brady (Birmingham managing director) met with the player's agent and they have now agreed terms.
"Jerome will be flying back from Miami early next week."
Agent Tony Finnigan said: "We're talking with Birmingham after we were told we could do so by Cardiff, so from that you can presume they have agreed terms.
"At this moment they are the only club we are talking to."
