Canvey Island's future as a Conference club will be discussed this week, manager Jeff King has said.
King recently announced that he will not bankroll the Essex club any longer, and has said they may withdraw from the Conference National division.
"We don't know what will happen yet. There is a meeting on Tuesday or Wednesday when seven of us will try to map out a future," King explained.
"I hope we stay in the Conference because we keep on improving."
Canvey have until 13 May to submit their application to resign. Official notice would then be made at the Conference AGM on 3 June.
