Bury have eased their latest cash crisis to stave off the threat of another financial collapse.
A cost-cutting and fund-raising drive led by former director Neville Neville, father of Gary and Phil, has guaranteed the Shakers will operate next season.
"The club has been stabilised and has moved from a minus situation into a plus situation," Neville told the Manchester Evening News.
"They need to generate as much income as possible to keep going forward."
Neville added: "It will only take a month for us to get back into the same position if a grip isn't kept on everything.
"The club has a £70,000 overdraft at the bank and if we spend more than that we're done for.
"Hopefully that won't happen because, as far as I'm concerned, there are no more tomorrows for this club."
