Clough named manager of the month

Nigel Clough
Clough's team are top of the table and in great form

Burton Albion boss Nigel Clough has been named the Blue Square Premier's manager of the month for December.

Clough's in-form Brewers are currently 10 points clear at the top of the table and they have won 10 league matches in a row.

Burton scored 13 goals and only conceded five during December.

Chelmsford City's Jeff King was named the Blue Square South's manager of the month. The Blue Square North award went to Vauxhall Motors boss Carl Macauley.
