Burnley boss Stan Ternent has made another successful approach to Blackburn to sign defender Jay McEveley on a three-month loan.
The England under-21 international follows the same path trodden by Rovers' team-mate Andy Todd earlier this season.
Former Blackburn defender David May is also at Turf Moor.
McEveley, 18, has started nine Premiership games for Rovers since coming through the club's youth-team.
He has not figured in the first-team at Ewood Park this season.
McEveley will go straight into the Clarets' squad for the home game against Coventry.
