Anderson agrees to scouting role

Bristol Rovers

Bristol Rovers have further boosted their scouting network by bringing in former player John Anderson.

The ex-central defender, 37, played for Rovers from 2004-06 and is currently assistant boss at North Ferriby United in the Unibond League Premier Division.

Anderson will track potential targets in the north and joins former Pirate Giuliano Grazioli in helping the club.

Grazioli, 34, has agreed to look at players in London and the south-east for first-team boss Paul Trollope.

The former striker, who retired in March, scored 12 goals in 38 league and cup appearances for Rovers in the 2002-03 season.
