Dagenham & Redbridge manager John Still has rejected the chance to take over as boss of League Two side Bristol Rovers.
Still took charge at Dagenham in April 2004
Paul Trollope has been caretaker manager of the Pirates since Ian Atkins was sacked last month.
Rovers approached Still, 55, over a return to the club where he spent two years as Ray Graydon's assistant before becoming Daggers boss in April 2004.
"I was flattered to be asked but I quickly decided it was not for me," Still told the Sunday Mirror.
"I am very settled where I am and I don't need to move about any more."
