Gilroy raring to go
Yeovil-born striker David Gilroy is relishing the chance to make his mark on Division Three with Bristol Rovers.

The 18-year-old is in the third year of Rovers' scholarship scheme and has been one of the youngsters to impress Gerry Francis since his return to the club.

He was rewarded with a place on the bench for Saturday's clash with Torquay.

And Gilroy told the Bristol Evening Post: "Just to be out there tasting the atmosphere with more than 10,000 fans around me was something special."
