Preston offer for Hill accepted
Matthew Hill
Bristol-born Hill came through the youth ranks at Ashton Gate
Bristol City have accepted an offer for defender Matt Hill from Preston North End, reports BBC Radio Bristol.

The 100,000 offer triggers a clause in Hill's contract that now allows him to speak to the Championship side.

City rejected a smaller bid from Queens Park Rangers on Monday as it did not meet their valuation.

The 23-year-old has made over 200 appearances for City since making his debut in 1998, and he signed a two-year contract with the club last summer.
