Brentford manager Andy Scott has signed a contract that will keep him at Griffin Park for the next five years.
The former Bees striker, 35, took over in January following Terry Butcher's sacking and was assisted by former Barnet manager Terry Bullivant.
Scott told the club's website: "After discussions about the budget and my plans for the future I'm extremely excited to be able to sign.
"I'm honoured that I'm the man they believe will lead us forward."
Chairman Greg Dyke added: "[The board] believe in Andy and Terry Bullivant we have the team that will enable us to challenge for promotion next season."
