Brentford manager Terry Butcher insists he has no thoughts of resigning despite the 7-0 defeat at Peterborough and the Cup exit to fellow strugglers Luton.
Brentford fans have vented their anger at Butcher in recent matches
"I'd never throw the towel in, I love everything about the club," he said.
"You can't believe how frustrated I am because I am the man in charge and I haven't delivered yet.
"We must start from scratch everywhere. That takes time and money. I'm still confident we can turn it around but everyone has to stand up together."
Fans vented their anger at Butcher after the Luton defeat while there were chants in favour of former manager Martin Allen, who was in the crowd.
