Norwich City midfielder Tom Adeyemi has extended his loan deal at Bradford City until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old, who was set to return Paul Lambert's Canaries on Wednesday, has played 22 games since switching to Valley Parade, finding the net twice.

Bantams boss Peter Taylor told BBC Radio Norfolk: "He's got great potential. He's a top lad.

"I'm sure he's learning all the time, I'm pleased with him but there's still bits and pieces to improve," he said.

"If he was the finished article Paul Lambert wouldn't want him out on loan.

"He's had a couple of games at home where you would like him to be a little more confident.

"Then he's had some unbelievable games away from home where you think he looks the finished article already," he added.

Canaries academy product Adeyemi has featured 17 times for Norwich and signed a new two-year deal in the summer.

Lambert told the club's website: "He's been playing really well for Bradford in his initial six months and I spoke with Peter Taylor recently who said he had done well.

"I'm sure it will benefit both him and the club that he will now spend the rest of the season with Bradford."
