Bradford City chairman Geoffrey Richmond has revealed that the Bantams would accept 250,000 for defender Ashley Westwood.

The former Crewe defender is currently on loan at Sheffield Wednesday and scored in the 1-1 draw with Blackburn on Monday.

It is believed that Owls boss Paul Jewell will move to take the player on a permanent basis.

"He would be available at a price of 250,000 because he is in the final year of his contract," said Richmond.
