Bantams receive mixed injury news

Simon Ramsden

Bradford could have two players back from injury for the visit of Bournemouth but face losing another.

Defender Simon Ramsden and forward Gareth Evans both returned to training on Thursday and could be in contention for the match.

But winger Leon Osbourne faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after injuring his ankle for the reserves against Grimsby on Wednesday.

A scan will reveal how long the 20-year-old will be out for.

Ramsden has been out of action for three weeks since straining a calf muscle, while Evans missed Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy victory over Port Vale with a knock.

McCall must now decide whether both have recovered sufficiently to feature on Saturday at Valley Parade.

The injury to Osbourne will come as a blow to the youngster who has been trying to establish himself in the first team.

Before picking up the injury he had featured in four of Bradford's last seven games.
