Bradford City joint-chairman Mark Lawn has said manager Stuart McCall will have further money to spend on transfers this season.
City have announced a modest profit of just over £11,000 on Tuesday but Lawn has warned they will be back in the red next year if they do not get promoted.
"Fans should not worry about this, we have looked at it carefully," Lawn told BBC Radio Leeds.
"We've agreed an amount of money to put in to ensure the spending is covered."
