Anxious wait for Wetherall
Bradford City are anxiously waiting for the results of an X-ray on captain David Wetherall's groin.

The injury-plagued former Leeds United defender returned as a substitute last weekend after being sidelined for over three months.

But he was then forced to pull out of a reserve fixture on Tuesday night.

"We're just hoping there is no recurrence but obviously until the scans have been diagnosed we cannot tell," manager Nicky Law told the club's website.

City have been devastated by injuries this season and have slumped towards the relegation zone on the back of seven straight defeats.
