Tindall is hoping for a repeat of September's win over Rovers
Bournemouth will hope to knock Bristol Rovers out of a second cup competition when they meet at Dean Court in the FA Cup first round next month.
The Cherries have already upset the League One club in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy at the start of September.
Assistant manager Jason Tindall told BBC Radio Solent: "It's a good draw for us, but every draw's going to be tough in the FA Cup.
"Everybody raises their game but we're at home and hopefully we can perform."
Bournemouth will be hoping to reproduce the kind of form that saw them beat Rovers 3-0 last month in one of their best performances of the season so far.
