Quinn took charge of his first game as Bournemouth manager on Saturday
New Bournemouth manager Jimmy Quinn says he has no immediate plans to change his current squad.
Quinn took full charge for the first time in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Notts County after his arrival last Tuesday.
Quinn told BBC Radio Solent: "It takes a while to assess everybody properly. We need to raise our fitness levels and hopefully we can get some results."
The former Cambridge United boss, 48, is yet to sign any players since taking over from Kevin Bond at Dean Court.
Although the transfer window is closed for permanent signings, Football League clubs are able to sign players on loan.
