Bournemouth's Diogo Andrade is set to play for Dorchester on Saturday after Sean O'Driscoll allowed the winger to join the Magpies in a loan-style deal.
Andrade is midway through a three-month assessment period at Dean Court after impressing on trial in pre-season.
Because he is a non-contract player he remains eligible to turn out for the Cherries when required.
O'Driscoll said: "Diogo needs to play games and Dorchester is the ideal place for him to go and play."
Dorchester, who play in Conference South, are managed by former Bournemouth captain Mark Morris.
