Bon is good for Bolton
Bolton boss Sam Allardyce sees teenage goalkeeper Bon as one for the future
Allardyce sees Bon as an investment for the future
Bolton boss Sam Allardyce has signed teenage French goalkeeper Jeremy Bon.

The 17-year-old has been recruited from French First Division club Bordeaux after finally receiving clearance from the French Football Federtaion.

Bon has agreed a three-year deal at the Reebok Stadium, although he is unlikely to be thrown into the team to try and arrest the Trotters' alarming slide towards the Premiership relegation zone.

Bon told Bolton's official website: "To play in the Premiership is something I have dreamed about since I was a boy."

Jussi Jaaskelainen is Bolton's current first-choice and Bon will join Steve Banks, Jani Viander and Kevin Poole as cover.
