Blackpool defender Danny Coid is in danger of missing the start of the new season after suffering a knee injury.
The 26-year-old missed his club's trip to Latvia to receive treatment.
Manager Simon Grayson said: "He's back running but can't do any football work yet. Hopefully, by the time we get back he'll have stepped up his workload."
Coid is the Championship club's longest-serving player but his career at Bloomfield Road has often been dogged by injury.
