Blackpool manager Simon Grayson has been fined and warned as to his future conduct by the Football Association.
Grayson has guided Blackpool to a place in the play-offs
Grayson was handed a £250 fine after admitting a breach of FA rule E3 - using abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official.
The charge was brought in relation to the Seasiders' 1-0 defeat by Rotherham at Millmoor on 27 March.
That game was decided by a single goal from Chris O'Grady, although Rotherham have since been relegated.
