Grayson saw his side win five out of six games in December

Blackpool boss Simon Grayson has been named League One manager of the month for December.
Grayson's side were unbeaten during the month and won five of their six games and drew their other match.
He said: "It was a successful month for the club and the lads have developed a very good team ethic."
Also short-listed for the award were Sean O'Driscoll of Doncaster Rovers, John Sheridan of Oldham Athletic and Scunthorpe United's Nigel Adkins.
